Hi, I'm looking for documentation, training videos or KB's for how to utilize the eazyBI Reports and Charts for Jira Cloud.
I'm trying to create reports for each of our respective site managers to see all the service desk request for their respective site. All Open, Closed/Resolved requests as well as the SLA on how long it took to resolve the request.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If any of those reports fits your use case, you can export the report definition and import it into your own account: https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybi/analyze-and-visualize/create-reports/export-and-import-report-definitions
