We have customers in different languages for a single Jira Service Desk Project. Would we like to know if it possible to set each issue created in customer language (including automatic messages that users receive by email etc)? Other question: is it possible to set language by each Project?

Jira Service Desk Cloud has the option to add many different languages for the customer portal.
For example, the default language of the project is English, and then you add Portuguese and Spanish to the project. If a Brazilian customer access the portal, they will only receive notifications and see the portal in Portuguese if they manually change the language on their profile.
You can add many different languages to a project and the default one is the one customers will see when accessing the portal.
