We use help center which is pretty basic. But does Atlassian have comprehensive Community product that can be integrated with Jira Service Management. I am having hard time getting hold of anyone from Atlassian to give us a product overview. Everything has to be through support ticket.
Confluence has an app that will you can use for this, Questions for Confluence. That is what this Community used in the beginning before moving to different platform.
What do you mean by "Community Product"? What would the product do for people?
Atlassian don't do ad-hoc generic "product overviews", they've got loads of product information on-line and expect people to start with that. A support request for "show us everything just in case you might have something that might do something we might be interested in" is not going to get far.

Does anyone know what Atlassian uses to host this community? My company would like to basically have all of this communities functionality for internal use. Any recommendations on how to do that?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Khoros is the current Community platform, known as "Lithium" until 2019, but it is old and the community will be moving to Aurora soon (a major update of Khoros). Have a riffle through https://khoros.com to see if it might be good for you.
