Hi @Karishma
there are some reports, mainly Suggestions, open with Atlassian.
Some information contradict each other:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4521
Here is another one claiming that the portion of time he has to react is not documented anywhere making the process intransparent to them:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9499
I believe the best way to double check would be to contact Atlassian support.
While doing so you also could ask for a Suggestion to be opened. Content could be asking for an option to configure the expiration time (like in JSDCLOUD-4521 with the difference that there it is stated that the invitations would never expire).
Regards,
Daniel
Hi @Karishma
Seems like there is a limit of 7 days . Refer https://community.atlassian.com/t5/New-to-Jira-Service-Management/How-long-is-a-portal-only-customer-email-invite-valid-for/qaq-p/1117344

This is too short of a time, esp. since we sent invites in bulk using automation and 3rd party app.
This would be twice of a hassle, removing and readding the customer. There should be atleast a limit that we could set, instead of just 7 days. This should be configurable field.
