I have created organizations in Jira Service Management in my project. These organizations are also assigned to corresponding customers. If a ticket is now created in the portal by one of these customers, I would like to see the associated organization in the ticket. The Organization field is also available, but unfortunately it is empty.
In the corresponding task view, the Organization field is also assigned to the context fields.
