You need to add something more here, because based on what you have share this can be a problem of,

•  Browser cache
  • Refresh/Reload page
  • Try different browser
• Some issue with Atlassian API
  • Check outage page, and try after sometime
• Issue with your account state
  • this is highly unlikely

I tried to clear the cache and used different browser, but it still doesn't work.
