I have a question regarding the Virtual Agent for JIRA.
I'm working on it, and almost everything is done, but I was wondering if it is possible to disable the bot when a specific user is writing.
Sometimes, the support team sends essential messages to the channel and wants to know if it's possible for the bot not to answer when someone from the team sends a message.

No, you cannot disable the Virtual Agent for specific people, but if you need to add a message to the channel without creating a request or involve the VA you can use the :mega: emoji
