In terms of usage, i dont see much different between the widgets and issue collector feature of JSM.
Could anyone help in highlighting the differences and specific use cases please?
From my experience,
- service widget is sort of global scope and issue collector we can create buckets and categorize our tickets, for ex., if you have multiple application, you can create multiple collectors in same project and integrate it across application.
- service widgets have limitation in customization, issue collector we have more control over the look and feel of it.
