In Jira cloud we have the following option: Jira>Teams>"Select the team">Go to operations>Alerts wherein we will get to see all the alerts. This is based on the automatic integration to Opsgenie that is happening currently.
However, we have Jira Service management > incidents for incident management. My question is that Jira SM is not used for the above scenario.
