For example if I get a new or existing ticket, when changing the status to open, it hangs. If I cancel and refresh the browser, it shows as opened (transitions to the next status in the workflow).
The issue is the hanging, after submitting the "form" it shows as loading indefinitely.
This was seen to be true on chrome and Firefox, reported by a different agent as well.
Tested in internet explorer as well. Same issue.
I did re-indexed once, issue fixed for a few minutes then came back.
We noticed that some agents do not encounter this issue that use the same system.
