Description not showing on the customer portal

The description field isn’t appearing on the customer portal for this specific ticket.

This hasn’t happened with other tickets. I’ve seen users with similar issues caused by the request type not being selected, but that’s not the case here, as you can see in the image the issue has a request type.

The description is only shown on the portal if the field is part of the request form, like here:

Could your verify if this is the case for the 'report a bug' request?
