Hello community,
I have created custom filters for our company to categorize tickets from customers more accurately. Unfortunately, I can't delete the default filters ("My open cases", "Created by me", "All cases" and so on). Also in the global system settings I can't find these filters to delete. Is it possible at all?
In the page list, the default filters are listed under "Other" and causes confusion because these are actually not needed due to our custom created filters.

These links are not filters, they're actually just links to predefined searches that most people find useful.
So there is nothing you can delete.
