Hi All,
Looks like I'm stuck in this platform, I misconfigure the Global Permission, and now I can't do anything, I'm unable to access most of project settings like: Request Type, SLA, etc
can I request to delete all of my projects and reset all the configs to default factory settings?
I'm getting frustrated now
Hi @Win
To set SLA's, etc on a JSM project you need to set yourself the agent role on that project.
As project admin role is able to see the project config, the agent role is required to set the JSM specifics on the project
See the following article from Atlassian KB. This explains the differences between admin role and agent role on a JSM project

Hi @Win
Deleting the project is not solution ,you may loss the data .
You need to work on the configuration schemes of the project. If needed take the help of Jira Admin to correct the configurations.
And feel free to share your current configuration and lets us know what you want to acheive .
Hope it helps
Thanks

Hi thank you so much for your reply, I really appreciate it :)
as a newbie to Jira platform, my goal is actually simple:
- I want to have a customer support project that will handle the ticket support with the following:
- SLA
- Request Type
- Customer Self Service Portal
I already created some projects, but I can't access them (I'm the admin), I can't set the SLA and Request Type and many more,
my understanding is the admin is one level below the org-admin, and as the admin should be able to access all of the menus (except the billing, I think)
I suspect I made something in Global Permission but there is no way to restore the original ones.
I don't know how to export the config, if you don't mind please info how to do that? so I can share here..
massive thanks
