Puedo configurar distintos SLA dependiendo del servicio o el único criterio que se puede usar para diferenciar SLAs es por issue type? 

Me gustaría poder definir que cada servicio tenga un tiempo de resolución distinto independientemente del issue type

Hi @Guadalupe García and welcome to the Community!

No, SLA's can be configured using JQL filters. Which means anything you can search for can be used as a basis for your SLA setup. In this example, priorities are being used:

If you want to set up SLA's for services, my key recommendation would be to design the requirements wisely, so you don't need to maintain dozens of different JQL filters.
