Define SLA based on Service Tier



I want to define SLA based on the tier of the service the issue is associated with? Any idea how this can be done?

Hi @Aman Sinha 

    You can make a filter based on the tier that interests you and from there you can build your SLA, it is still a bit complex but you can do it, I leave you the official documentation on how to build an SLA
