Default value for in built Assignee field

Hello ,

I am using a service management project to get the tickets logged from the customers to the support team . This is the cloud version of JIRA .

Whenever a ticket is raised from the customer portal by the respective reporter (who is not me) ,  the ticket is getting filed and everything like default workflow status , SLA etc are working as expected , where as , the Assignee field (in-built) which is not a custom field , that stays on the right half of the screen[can be seen in the snippet] , is getting filled with my profile. In the sense, the ticket is getting assigned to my name by default. Please note that , I am the admin / project-lead to my project.

How do I make this field get filled with the assignee by default as "Unassigned" ? Please suggest. Thank you in advance.
