I have created my first Service Project, and I have navigated to the 'Reports' section within the navigation bar.
Here, under 'Workload' is a list of 'Agents' and their 'Issues in progress'. I just wondered if anyone can help confirm what the default accounts are for?
I understand that an account is needed for Automation rules, hence the 'Automation for Jira' account - is this why this exists?
What exactly are the other default accounts ('Jira Service Management Widget' and 'Atlassian Assist') for? I cannot seem to find a conclusive definition of what these accounts are for or why they are there?
