Is there anyway to setup the Priority by default as Highest Priority when Issue Type Bug been selected during Jira Ticket Created?
Currently it is defaulted as Medium Priority during ticket creation.
To be would like to have the Highest Priority been default when Issue Type - Bug been selected
hello @Pei Xian Yeo and welcome to the Community! The default is set in the Priority Scheme but that is for all issue types. If you want to set the default for a certain issue type, you can do that with an Automation Rule.
