Default Approval Groups in Change requests

Can anyone advise how i set up up a flow that automatically adds multiple approval groups when a Change request is raised, I a struggling ot find this out. There seems to be an option in the field setting but it is locked meaning we have to add groups each time a specific CR is raised.

In case you're still looking - do you mean Approval Steps?

Can I clarify what you're looking to do? Are you looking to have multiple layers of Approval for one Request?

If yes, it might be simplest to have different Statuses per Approval - and apply one Approval step to each.
