We use JSM for ticket management and have a dashboard widget showing how many tickets are assigned to different people like a little bar graph.
Is it possible to do the same sort of thing, but based on labels?
So I would be able to tag tickets like "ever-lv" and "nfor-lv" and then it would print out how many active/ in-progress tickets were assigned that label.
hopefully i would get a list like:
ever-lv - 3 - 15%
nfor-lv - 2 - 10%
burn-lv - 6 - 50%
Yes, that is possible. If you are using the pie chart you can change the statistic type to be for labels. But I would recommend that you use components instead, and the reason why is that labels is a free text field so you could end up with a misspelled one. Components are predefined in the project so you can avoid that situation.
Hi Mikael
The labels are already existing and a historic piece of work now which would be a hard process changes. I'll try the pie chart and see if it does what people want.
Many thanks
Stephen
