Good day.. I am new using Jira and trying to create a chart or few or dashboard that can provide me some type of metric(s) of my ticket(s).
We are currently using the following Client Portal fields within the ticket
- Requirements Complete Date
- In UAT Date
- Release Date
- Client Portal Requested Delivery Date
Here are a few things I am looking to do
1. Have a chart showing me the ticket, day it was open and how many days are left till the 10 business day SLA is met
2. With that same chart, I would like to see In UAT Date
3. Lastly, the Release Date
I want to see if I am hitting my 10 day SLA target. Any guidance, I would greatly appreciate it.
