We are looking at moving our system asset management into Assets, but we rather not have to purchase 50-100 JSM licenses only to grant view access of the data put into the items.
Since there seems to be no way to grant view access with only a Jira license, and the Early Access Program to display Assets in Confluence is also restricted to only users with JSM licenses, the only way to move forward seems to be bulk exporting the asset data.
What we are looking at is to do a daily export of all systems within our schema, and populate a Google Sheet with the info.
How would we go about this? I know how to do the bulk exports, but I can't seem to find a good way to automate the process.
Please advise, or if you have another solution, please share! <3
Thanks in advance,
