Hello everybody,
My query is if you can customize the URL of the customer, for example, that instead of "https://<site-name>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1" appears "https://<site-name>.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/<name-customer> "
In summary, that in the URL instead of a 1 (2, 3 ...), the name of the customer appears (eg: Renfe, Indra).
Thanks so much,
Regards
Hi @Iván Aymi, welcome to the Atlassian Community,
This is not something you can configure. In general URL's can not be configured in Atlassian Cloud (or even Data Center) products.
Here is a related feature request: JSDCLOUD-1627
If you really need to include the name of the customer in the URL you could use a custom domain name and redirect it to the actual jira URL's. But that would be a custom setup in your own DNS.
