Customize the text after a ticket has been created

Hello! Once a client submits a ticket through my service portal, they see the text, "Your request has been raised." and a link to the ticket. Is there anyway I could update this text?

No, the message on the portal cannot be changed. Then only thing that you can change is the email that is also sent out to the customer.
