I am making use of 'Jira Cloud for salesforce' currently I need to make these fields mandatory in the 'Create Jira' page.

 

·         Shipsy Consignment Details SFSC

·         LMD Team - SFSC

 

Can you please help me on this.

Hi @Nancy 

 

Are you jira admin? If yes you can make them required on Create transition in a workflow (validator) or via field configuration.

Making it Over required in Jira will make it required in 'Create Jira' screen pop up in salesforce aswell. can you plesae confirm.
