Hi,
currently we serve 20 customers and thus would like to have 20 distinct customer portals. Ideally with customized colors, logos, welcome message, announcement etc.
So while each of my JSM projects have a /1 ; /2 ... at the end of the URL, it seems as soon as I do any kind of customization, it will be overtaken for all
This is also confirmed by browsing other Questions in the community. Or am I overseeing something?
Any plugin which is proven to help?
Thank you for your help!
Hi @Kai , thanks for your question.
Please can I clarify, you want to obtain a different portal for each customer, even though they are using the same service desk project in Jira?
If you have a situation like this one, with different service desks for different purposes, you can customize somewhat the look and feel, like changing the colour / putting a company logo
and then, in each service desk, you can have a different logo, which is a project setting here -
If you want to customize more, you will need to get an app to help with this.

This is what came up when I searched for 'customize portal'.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
Hi Valerie,
thank you for your quick reply.
Sorry I was not clear. It would be ok to have 1 service project for each customer portal.
Are there more customization options for this setup?
Because in the screenshot you are showing. Whenever I use this customization bar, it will change the layout of all customer portals

Hi @Kai , thanks for your reply. Yes, so at the level of the help center / the collection of service desks, you can change the colour and add a logo, but in the individual service desks, you can't do very much without an app, apart from have a logo which is specific to the service desk.

Even though these are not the answers I had hoped for. Thank you for your answers !

@Kai -
To supplement what @Valerie Knapp provided to you, there is one possible add-on in the Marketplace that you might want to review for portal customization - '
Theme Extension for Jira Service Management
Here is Atlassian reference page on portal customization (out of the box) - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/customize-the-look-and-feel-of-your-help-center-and-portal/
Hope this also helps.
