Customise the look and feel of separate JSM projects (as can be done in JWM)

Ok this seems like a no brainer to but I can't find an answer or a relevant request to vote on.

I have a number of people (agents) who work across multiple JSM projects, they'd like to be able to visually distinguish each project from the other E.g. Blue background for one, green for the other. The reason is that the customers for these projects are very different so the way they resolve the issues needs to be different. E.g. One is for public enquiries the other is for scientific enquiries.

My issue is we now know that this is very easy to do in JWM but seems impossible to do in JSM.

Is there a simple solution to this OR is their a request for change that my colleagues and I can go vote on to get Atlassian to actually make this happen.
