Hey guys!
I just created a portal for our work. Set up single Issue type and multiple Request types but for some reason, when I am testing it, the customer side notification (which says: "We are on it") is not received. All the notification toggles are ON.
The portal is kept open so anyone submit request. Here's the link for you all to test and help me resolving this issue:

Please let me know what other info is require to understand the issue.
For information:
I did create a new issue type called as Support and while I was creating it, there were some 11 steps and since I am new to Jira, I ignored those or I don't remember what they were. Just wondering if that's the reason this is not working.
