Approvals Queue – On the portal view, there is a place that shows approvals when we click our Avatar/icon as shown in screenshot below(attaching screenshot). For our customers, when they don’t have any approvals waiting for their approval, this “Approvals” option is not showing at all, even though they approved some items in the past.
Is there a way to have this "Approvals" Option always displayed even when there are 0 approvals?
Hi @Myles Megaffin , thanks for posting in the Community! I don't believe there is a way to display Approvals as an option in the avatar menu unless you've previously approved an issue or have a current request to approve in the queue. That menu option only shows up if one or both of those criteria are true.
If you're sure someone has previously approved a request or has a pending approval to review, then that option should show up in the avatar menu -- if not, you might verify they're using the same account (email address) they used when they previously approved requests. Another thing to verify is that they have permissions to approve requests (e.g., are they in the Approvers project role or group and do they have access to that project and product).
