We have a ticket that has its satisfaction date updated every few days for the past 3 years. This moves an incredibly old ticket up to the top of our satisfaction ratings. I have reached out to the customer to confirm they are not doing this.
I haven't been able to find any reason that this is happening.
May I ask what help you are seeking exactly here?
Some clarity on how we could help would allow us know if this is just a discussion topic or you are looking for a solution to prevent further changes to the ticket.

Hi Ismael,
I am trying to understand how the date of a satisfaction rating can be automatically updated every few days.
This is a ticket from 2019 that is constantly at the top of our satisfaction ratings and the history shows an update of the date that occurs every couple days.
