Hi all,
I have one customer who can only see her service portal requests. She is part of the same group, has the same role as others who can see everyone's requests. She was able to see everyone's until someone created a new account for her with her new email address. She now has 2 active accounts, one with the old email and the other with incorrect email.
For customers to be able to see other customers' issues, they need to be added to the same organization. Please check the following page for more details on setting up organizations and managing users in them:
