Hi,
when agent responds to customer with an attachments, customer shouldn't login to portal again to view or download. It should be as simple as customer receiving an email with attachments in outlook or gmail, where they can read the body and download attachments.

As Jack mentioned, this is not possible. For the customer to view or download the attachment, they need to go to the portal and log in.
