When a customer replies per mail on a ticket, it includes this message.
How do you deal with this? It feels like a burden to ask customers to ask to remove this everytime they reply per mail.

sorry I can't discern what you are referring to here from the image.
I don't know the solution but I believe the issue here is that the previous conversation in the email chain is also added to the new comment.
