Our setup is that one approver needed for approval.
The request was placed in approval customer waiting status, where an approve/decline decision is expected from the customer.
If one of the agents changes the status to resolved, the customer can no longer make a decision and the decision button is no longer displayed.
So how can we arrange that on the customer portal, the "approval customer waiting" filter does not show those that have been approved or are no longer in approval status?
Hi @Igor Blagaič ,
How about clearing the Approvers field when an agent transition to Resolve status? With a post functions or an automation maybe?
Cheers,
Esteban
Thanks for the idea.
I tried, but the problem remains if several approvers are selected and only one is sufficient for approving.
In this case, we do not want to lose the information about the approvers.
Best regards, Igor Blagaič

Hi @Igor Blagaič ....
mm and what about copying the approvers to another custom field before cleaning the approvers field ... something like "original approvers" ??
Does it make sense?
Cheers,
Esteban

Hi, @Esteban Diaz
I don't think the solution by rewriting the content is ok. Thanks anyway. If atlassian does not allow elimination, we will try to find a solution within the myrequest extension addon
Best regards, Igor
