I am setting up a branded customer portal, but when a customer clicks "Open in new window" on a knowledge base article, or when they click a link from one KB article to another, instead of showing the article within the branded portal, it opens a Confluence page, in the Confluence UI.
Confluence is our internal tool for managing KB articles, but we don't want our customers to see Confluence branding -- we want them to see our branded portal. How do I fix this?
Did you find a solution to this? We have the issue when using the page tree macro. Instead of linking to the anchor/header on the page it takes the visitor to the Confluence space instead.
Hi @Chase Kimball and @Jacob Rastad,
do you use any app to modify the customer portal? It looks like a technical issue and the creator of this app should add a redirection to the proper Confluence page.

Hi!
We don't use any app, just vanilla JSM and a Confluence space linked to the customer portal.
