Customer portal access - approved domains

Is management of approved domains for external customer access to the portal available on "Standard" license, or does it require "Premium"

It is available if you have an Atlassian Access subscription, which only has one plan.

Are you sure? We don't have "Atlassian Access" subscription, yet only customers from approved domains are able to access our Customer portal to submit tickets

So there are a couple of different settings for approved domains. On is user access settings which defines what access you get to the instance based on the domain. There is also settings for External users under security, which is only available if you have Atlassian Access.
