Customer permission

Is it possible to allow customers to view tickets raised by others from the same organisation? Even if we have not setup any organisation group within Jira.

Hi @Rajan Dangol 

no - automatic sharing only works with JSM Organisations. If you consider all users from one Email domain "from the same organisation" you could sort them into Orgs automatically though.
