Is there a way of creating a automated notification to the service desk team when a request notification fails?
I have a couple of email addresses that I have been testing my set up with and one of them is reporting this error in the customer notification logs and the response email is not getting through
error is: Error from email provider: 550 5.7.1 DMARC checks failed. bTT8qjom9TtU
I was wondering if there was a way of being notified when this happens rather than having to check the logs every time a ticket comes in.
