Customer notification emails - how do I change the CSS template?

Hi there

I am trying to change the design of our customer notification emails.

In this support page it outlines the steps to take and includes one template option (with the purple banner and smiley face):

I would like to source different CSS templates and also include our logo.

Can anybody assist please?

The ability to change the Customer Notifications CSS code is only available for paid Jira Service Management plans.

Thanks! I do have access to update our email template code so we must be a paid customer.  Do you have any other templates that I can use please?
