I have a customer who never responded to her initial service desk invite. She now needs to create a ticket, but she's unable to get in with the original invite. I've tried reinviting her, removing her and reinviting her, but she never receives an updated invitation email and cannot log in. How do I reinvite a customer whose invitation expired?
