I have a user / customer that can't send in support request through the customer portal or emails. She used to be able to, but can't suddenly. Other are still able. I don't know if it has anything to do with internal/external user or what it is.
On the picture below its the audit log and here you can see there is a failed one. Ignore the upper one, thats another account.
On the picture below, its in "Customer" section and both these two emails is the same user (same email) as i understand. I don't know why it stand like this, but others profile has the same, and theirs are working.
On the picture below the two same emails are internal and external, which don't make sense?

Can you go to User management and find the user and look at show details. Feel free to share here.
As I'am not admin, but project administrator, I don't think I have access to User management.
Nonetheless i just removed and add the person again, and it seems to work at the moment now. Therefore I will close the ticket :)
