I have a project, and added some service desk team members and 1 service desk customer. I added some tickets, but the customer can't see the tickets.
He gets an error :

You need to review the customer permissions. Most likely you have the jsm project locked to private and in that case you will have to add them to the customer list.
Make sure that they also have an account setup so that they can access your portal.
