Is it possible to add additional fields to the Escalate/Resolve/Cancel Screen in the customer portal?
Based on my knowledge as of right now, the pop-up window when a customer clicks "Resolve this issue", "Cancel request", "Escalate" cannot be modified. It is build into the product portal UI.
You may want to submit a question directly to Atlassian Support to see when they will provide this type of custom functionality (https://support.atlassian.com). I am certain that you are not the first client asking for this functionality.
