We have encountered an issue for a long time. Every time when a normal user login into customer Portal, we need to reset password and get that reset password from email to login successfully. However, after logged out and we cannot login again. The current workaround is not checked "Keep me logged in" to login. Is that the bug for Jira customer portal?

That was quite the weird behaviour of your JSM portal. I have never encountered that scenario.
