Dear Team, Need your suggestion
Scenario : We have created project named Project1 , under this project we have created organization - client A and Client B. Under client A organization - we have customer A1, A2, A3, similarly under Client B- we have customer B1,B2,B3.
I have created another Project- Project 2 this for internal.
As per the settings , Project 1 has one email address (support@project1.company.net) and Customer portal as https://project1.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
Query 1: when Customer B1 logs in the portal he can see Project 1 and Project 2 where in would want B1 to see under help Centre only Project 1
Query 2 When Customer B1 Logs in to the portal , selects Project 1, he should be able to see only tickets either logged by him/her or his organization Client B and not Client A tickets
Query 3 . Each Organization should have SLA A and SLA B respectively . Can I set up SLA's based on which Client Customer is logging a ticket? Need guidance on the set up.
