Ideally these kind of error is due to cookies or temporary cache that resides in the browser. I'm sure you might have tried a) clearing the cache and cookies and/or b) tried using another browser (as well incognito).
If in the current system issue still persists, kindly ask one of your colleagues to login on your system. If it is working fine, probably I would request you to have a word with internal Network and Jira admin.
Alternatively, you might try on a different system and check the outcome.
