Custom field multi-lines with Wiki Renderer and Rich text in JSM Forms

Hi

I have a problem with forms and wiki markups.

  1. Create a multi-line paragraph custom field
  2. Change the renderer to "Wiki" in the field configuration
  3. In the form, link the field with the JIRA field.

Then, I edit in JIRa the field to see the result in the form, and ... very disappointing:

 Any body with an idea or workaround, please?

@Florian Royer -

Hi Florian:

If you linked Form's element to Jira multi-line text field and the Jira text field is enabled for Wiki rendering, then you should see the Jira mapped field in the Wiki rendering format.  However, the Form's content will not reflect the format same as the Jira mapped field.

Currently, I don't know of any workaround available at this time.  I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) to raise this need.

Sorry.

Hi @Joseph Chung Yin ,

I contacted the support, and actually, they already implemented the feature:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-10702

The support enabled it in our Cloud instance, and it seems to work perfectly.

Thanks for your help,

Best regards
