Custom Portal filters

Hi! I wonder if it's possible to custom (in this case remove) request types, or statuses, when filtering requests in the Portal. We are only using "Report incident" and "Request change", the other types are marked as "Hidden from Portal" in Settings.

Can I remove or hide the request types or statuses which I'm not using?

Br,

Hi @Caroline Elzer Petersson , welcome to the Community!

I don't believe you can hide these as it looks like you have elevated permissions so will always be able to view all of the request types you have access to - a 'normal' user would only be able to view the request types which they have the permission to view.

In the same way a Jira Admin will be able to view a project on the Projects page, even if they have not been added to it - admins generally are able to see most things in Jira, even if they are hidden to regular users

Thank you!

You're very welcome :)
