Hi,
To report an issue on the portal, the client must select the asset concerned.
However, as an agent, if I would like to report an issue on behalf of a client, I can't see the list of his assets, I can see only mine.
Is there any solution for this case?
Thank you.
most likely the asset field is tied to the report field, so if you change the reporter field to the customer you should be able to find the related assets
I have just tested creating an issue, as an agent, for a certain client, but I have only my assets on the dropdown list
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
are you creating the issue from JSM portal or JSM ui (agent side)?
do you have reporter field on the screen?

from JSM ui (agent side), yes I have the reporter field, that I filled in with the customer's name

then AQL behind the Asset field is not related to the reporter, check what is configuration behind the asset field.
