I am struggling with adding a new field for Customer Portal in Problem Request type. I have created a new field for Serial Number in my issue type and it is visible in Agent View , but not in Request form Tab.
PS. I have created a Problem request type and using that as an input for on Customer Portal for Support.

It's a uuid field for Serial Number of our product units.
It is visible in Agent view.... i wonder why i cannot add this in request form.
If this is not possible.. is it possible to have two labels in one issue type ?
